a guided tantric date night
Elixir is all about revitalizing the excitement and curiosity like at the beginning stages of a relationship! It doesn't matter if you've been married for 20 years, or have been dating for a few weeks, this experience will flood your bond with rich passionate love and lust, creating a renewed base for y'all to expand from.
Specifically, Wendy guides you through an intimacy activator exercise to create safe open communication, light breathwork & chakra alignment to build connection with Self & your partner, and brings you deep into your sensations through somatic exercise. These tantric methods prompt delicious & sacred lovemaking (if that's desired), or you may end the experience in your own creative intimate ways.
- The experience is a guided recording that takes place over 3hrs, and it includes pre-work suggestions and a guided chakra cleansing meditation for each person in the couple to complete before their date night
- Make note, it's important to set intentions and discuss boundaries with your partner beforehand. Wendy will provide prompts for this as well.
- Remember, the point of this date night experience is to not take yourselves so seriously & come back home to each other rooted in love!

She even encourages y'all to not put any pressure around penetration during this date night and show up without any agenda, expectation, or obligations from yourself or from your partner. There's way too much emphasis, pressure, and boring routine that surrounds intercourse, especially if you've been together for a long time, so challenge yourse;ves to mix it up a bit. Let whatever wants to arise, arise!
- for new couples - this date night can help establish open communication, a strong foundation, & healthy interdependence from the start, creating longterm relationship satisfaction
- These tantric sessions can be quite intense! Your, or your partners, greatest pleasures, innocence, eroticism, and ecstasy could come up, and/or your worst fears, blockages, conditioning, and wounds. It's important to remain open, tune into sensations, the breath, and the body without judgment or criticism. Wendy will constantly remind y'all to check-in with yourself and each other, and to always come back to compassion.
- Please show up sober to be the most sensitized, clear, authentic, and safe with each other (a glass of wine is ok).
- This is a 3-HR RECORDING, meaning you will be able to see Wendy's video and audio as she guides, and y'all can pause and play the recording in accordance to what's arising for you both. Wendy may release more guided date nights, or potential live groupwork in the future, but ELIXIR is just a one-night-only experience that will be sent for those that purchase the course.
- If you or your partner have never done any form of meditation, energywork, plant medicine, or breathwork, then this experience may not be suitable for you.
